Shipping Policy

Our Hills Herbal Health Bio-Hacking & Detox Programs are available only to Australian residents. However, individual Bio-Hack & Detox products can be shipped internationally.​​

Please note: We do not deliver to countries that prohibit alcohol-based products via postal service. In such cases, we recommend ordering our powdered Superfood products instead. Thank you for your understanding.

Available on all product purchases over $100 via Australia Post, and on Hills Herbal Health Detox & Bio-Hacking Programs. We will dispatch your program after finalising your Hill’s Herbal Health Assessment. Please complete the health questionnaires sent to your email post-purchase. Your parcel will be sent via Express Australia Post, typically delivered within 1-3 business days after the questionnaires are completed.

Hill’s Herbal Health reserves the right not to compensate for financial losses due to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, staff illness, or theft). We will notify you of any delays via email or phone and strive to deliver your parcel promptly. In case of delays, we will provide an estimated delivery time and offer a refund option.

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day. Orders placed after noon AEST Friday and on weekends will start processing the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a major holiday.

• Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days

• Australia Post Express: 1-4 business days

• VIC to WA:

  • Parcel Post: 9-13 business days

  • Express Post: 3-6 business days

•   International:

  • International Standard Post: 6+ business days

  • International Express Post: 2-4 business days between major metro areas

Quoted time frames exclude customs processing time and may be subject to additional delays. Signature on delivery and tracking services are available in select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties.

For undelivered items returned to us due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., address changes, inability to receive the order), we will refund the order value minus shipping costs. A re-shipping fee may apply based on location and order weight

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout covering packages damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. It does not cover change of mind or incorrect address issues. Shipping Protection is non-refundable unless the order has not been shipped yet.
